The customer through this portal, can only purchase the products in the electronic catalog. The technical information related to the products, included in the store, refers to the technical characteristics provided by the manufacturer. Despite this, there may be inconsistencies between what was declared by the manufacturer and the asset itself. Medical Technology Service S.r.l. therefore reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products in order to adapt them to those supplied by the producers, without any prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive card of a product, and / or the descriptive card itself may not be fully representative of its characteristics, and may differ in color, size, present products and features.

The correct order is confirmed by Medical Technology Service S.r.l. by an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of receipt of the order and an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Medical Technology Service S.r.l .. The message re-proposes all the data entered

by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Medical Technology Service S.r.l. undertakes to give timely communication.

All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Medical Technology Service S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice, due to the constant price fluctuations of the types of goods processed.

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by Medical Technology Service S.r.l .. All purchase contracts concluded through the Medical Technology Service S.r.l. and according to the procedures indicated therein between the Supplier and the Customer, will be governed by these General Conditions. By online contract of sale is meant the distance contract, that is the legal transaction stipulated between a Supplier and a Customer within a system of selling goods or providing services at a distance organized by the Supplier which, for this contract, uses the distance communication technology called internet.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer undertakes to provide for the printing and conservation of the present general sales conditions as well as the specifications of the product object of the purchase (articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree No. 185/1999). However, both the images and the technical data sheets are indicative and may not correspond to the actual characteristics of the product. The buyer undertakes to send to Medical Technology Service S.r.l. by means of a specific registration procedure, their data in order to be able to accurately start the process for the execution of the present contract.

It is expressly forbidden to the purchaser to enter false and / or imaginary data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of the present contract and the relative additional communications; the personal data transmitted by the customer must correspond to their real personal data and not to third parties or fantasy.

Since December, we have begun to ask individuals for a tax code, as necessary to make the purchase. This is due to the legislation that obliges us from the first of January to issue an electronic document also to private individuals, in which it is necessary to enter the tax code.

It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or enter data of third parties. Medical Technology Service S.r.l. reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers. The Customer indemnifies Medical Technology Service S.r.l. from any liability arising from the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer, since the Customer is solely responsible for the correct entry.

It should be noted that the "DropShipping", or the shipment of any order to a third person, with a request to send the goods without the documents or references to the prices of our articles, is not a service currently offered by us. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the listing and according to the Italian state system.

The customer sending the order through the sales system defined e-commerce, usable through the website https://www.medtecservice.it, allows Medical Technology Service Srl, to send subsequent communications by telephone, fax, sms and mail electronics, in order to complete the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. The sales contract between the Customer and Medical Technology Service S.r.l. it is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. The conditions contained in this document may be modified by Medical Technology Service S.r.l. without notice and will have validity from the date of publication on the Internet site https://www.medtecservice.it. All products marketed by Medical Technology Service S.r.l. they are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that will receive along with the purchased goods. The customer consents to sending invoices via the e-mail tool and more precisely by e-mail, as an alternative to traditional forwarding by paper mail in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 52 of February 20, 2004 reaffirmed by the Ministerial Circular n045 / E of 19 October 2005.

If the customer finds malfunctions on the product purchased at the Medical Technology Service S.r.l., must promptly present to the Medical Technology Service S.r.l. the anomaly found. Medical Technology Service S.r.l. for your part, if the advice given to the customer, aimed at overcoming the anomaly referred to do not lead to the resolution of the problem, will invite the customer, at the expense and care of these in the shipment, to return the product, to be shipped possibly in its original packaging , or in other packaging proof of occasional damage, by sending it to the headquarters of Medical Technology Service Srl which will be communicated by email after filling in the online return form.

How to behave at the time of delivery of a product?

It is good to know that, at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, undamaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing seals. To assert the insurance coverage it is not enough to note "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" or "YOU ACCEPT WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL", but the reason of the reserve must be explained in detail.

How are the times calculated?

From the moment in which Medical Technology Service S.r.l. verified the payment of the goods, forward the order to the warehouse of competence that prepares the goods and confirms that the goods are ready to be shipped.

At this point Medical Technology Service S.r.l. invoice the asset and produce the necessary documents for shipping it. If the customer wants an invoice instead of a receipt he must promptly communicate it when ordering, otherwise the material will be delivered with a receipt, with no possibility of changes after sending.

The invoice issue (on request) or the receipt is automatic and is notified to the customer.

After billing the order, the warehouse receives the waybills to be affixed to the parcels at the start. As soon as possible, the carrier picks up the goods and delivers them.


Expected that the reputation, honorability and good name of which enjoys Medical Technology Service S.r.l. are necessary prerequisites for the continuity of your business, entrepreneurial activity, with commitment to significant financial investments; as well as the commitment of how many others (company or person) directly or indirectly contribute with their work to achieve the same corporate goals (profit), Medical Technology Service S.r.l. will prosecute in all locations, even criminal if necessary, with claim for compensation for all damages suffered and patiendi, those who, as a result of negative or neutral feedback: even before having fulfilled what is specified above in the first instance to the verification of the anomaly and, in the second instance, to the possible sending of the product to the Medical Technology Service Srl, in the ways, terms and conditions all (unquestionable) also specified above. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. N. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and that at the time of registration insert his tax code, or make the purchase without indicating in the form d ' order a reference to VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, Medical Technology Service S.r.l. provides, at no cost to the Customer, to restore the conformity of the product by repair / replacement or price reduction, until the contract is terminated. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, there should not be a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Service, as well as transportation costs if incurred by Medical Technology Service S.r.l ..

In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to insert it in a second box, in all cases avoiding the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
